Shikibu Kamimura (Japanese: 神村式部 Kamimura Shikibu) is a 3rd Year student at Ichiboshi Academy and a member of its soccer club.

Kamimura was born in Saga Prefecture. He attends Ichiboshi Academy, located in Nagasaki Prefecture in the island of Kyushu.
Kamimura started playing soccer at the age of 4.

Although he started as a center back, Kamimura can also play as a winger since the coach of Ichiboshi, Yutaka Nanbu, moved him there to make use of his sense of passing. He has good positioning, reading of play, clever leadership and also good footwork. Like Touin's Hoshina, he is a risk-averse and safe player.
